Rancho® Launches RockGEAR™ for the Jeep Wrangler JL

Las Vegas, Wed., Oct. 31, 2018 – A leader in the off-road performance suspension and accessories
market, Rancho has announced the release of several new Rancho® RockGEAR™ performance accessories
for the Jeep Wrangler JL. The latest products include differential glide plates, rear shock and
control arm skids, geometry correction brackets, and a front disconnect sway bar link kit.
The new RockGear off-road accessories for the Jeep JL will be on display in the
brand’s Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show booth (#25133) this week.

Rancho RockGEAR front and rear differential glide plates – which add protection for your
differential casting from direct contact in severe off-road conditions – work with original
equipment and most aftermarket differential covers. Rancho heavy- duty glide plates allow the
vehicle to glide over obstacles in any direction, protect the casting from direct impact on- or
off-road, and mount securely to the front or rear axle casting. Each U.S.-made, ¼-in.
high-strength, low-alloy steel glide plate is finished in a durable red powdercoat finish.
The new front and rear glide plates include 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL with Dana 30 front kit (Part No.
RS62124); 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL with Dana 44 front kit (Part No.
RS62116); and 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL with Dana 44 rear kit (Part No. RS62117).
Rancho RockGEAR rear shock and control arm skids (Part No. RS62125) are constructed from
heavy-duty, durable ¼-in. low-alloy steel to protect JL shock absorbers and control arms from rocks
and other obstacles. These U.S.-made rear shock and control arm skids easily bolt on using the
shock and supplied control arm bolts. Each is finished in durable red powdercoat finish. Sold as a
pair.
Rancho RockGEAR geometry correction brackets (Part No. RS62118B) allow
for proper caster angles after installation of an aftermarket suspension system by
keeping the control arms at factory specs straight out of the box. Helping to improve road
harshness and reduce brake dive, the Rancho geometry correction brackets fit Jeep JLs running 2- to
4.5-in. suspension systems. This heavy-duty, one-piece welded design bolts directly to factory
locations due to a convenient 3-hole design that eliminates the need for an adjustable control arm
or cam bolts. Finished in durable, black powdercoat finish.
The Rancho front quick disconnect sway bar link kit (Part No. RS62126B) provides unobstructed axle
articulation when off-road driving with a Jeep Wrangler JL. Fully adjustable for 2- to 6-in.
suspension systems, the new front quick disconnect sway bar link kit allows for easy detachment and
precise adjustment while installed. The kit’s forged lower ends feature new Rancho® D2 synthetic
high articulation bushings to deliver superior dampening, improved ride/handling characteristics
and no maintenance.
Each Rancho RockGEAR product includes full-color, highly detailed product installation
instructions. All Rancho RockGEAR products are covered by a limited one-year warranty. To learn
