TWO NEW RANCHO® SUSPENSION OPTIONS FOR 1984-2001 JEEP CHEROKEE XJ MODELS

LAS VEGAS, Tues., Nov. 1, 2011 – Rancho® has launched two suspension systems for use on 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ models equipped with either a Chrysler or Dana rear axle. The latest Rancho systems – built to extend the use of the popular all-around off-road vehicle – provide up to 2.5-inches of additional lift.

While allowing for the use of 31-in. tires* or trimmed 33-in. tires*, each kit includes heavy-duty, tubular-style front links with grease fittings (Zerk), allowing for easier service and routine maintenance.

“Ideal for shops or do-it-yourselfers, these new kits give Cherokee owners true Rancho benefits: clean, classic design and extraordinary value,” said Joe Pase, general manager, Rancho. “These kits even allow for easy, routine regreasing instead of turning to replacement. It’s the easy way to get bigger tires, better on- and off-road capability and a lifted XJ.”

The new suspension systems also accommodate the vehicle’s rear axle – with the Chrysler (p/n RS66000) or the Dana 35 (p/n RS66001) – with a Rancho Add-A-Leaf kit and necessary U-Bolts. Each kit includes a steering stabilizer to reduce bump steer and vibration.

The systems are fully compatible with other Rancho technologies, including RS9000XL® shocks (RS99239, front; RS999129, rear); RS7000MT® monotube shocks (RS7239, front; RS7129, rear); or RS5000® shocks (RS5239, front; RS5129, rear). An optional full rear leaf pack (RS44148) is available for each system (RS746, Chrysler axle; RS741, Dana axle).

All Rancho suspension systems include highly detailed, full-color product installation guides. For warranty information, please visit www.gorancho.com.
