NEW RANCHO® SYSTEM AVAILABLE FOR DODGE VEHICLES, OFFERING SOLID APPEARANCE & OFF-ROAD PERFORMANCE

LOS ANGELES, Tues., Jan. 19, 2010 – Combining off-road racing technology with a sharp appearance, Rancho engineers have released a brand-new system for popular 2009-2010 Dodge models, including the new 2500/3500 Ram trucks (p/n RS6585B) and Power Wagons (RS6584B). Rancho, headquartered in Long Beach, Calif., is manufactured and marketed by Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TEN).

Providing increased ground clearance and allowing for the installation of larger tires, the new Rancho system lifts the vehicle four inches in the front and rear, and accommodates up to 37-in. tires. The kit features a black powdercoated finish.

Available through thousands of off-road retailers nationwide, the Rancho Dodge system includes a new highly durable, Rancho forged pitman arm, minimizing bump steer and ensuring steering performance integrity, plus new heavy-duty, tubular-style upper and lower front links, providing stronger structural integrity. A track bar relocation bracket and extended sway-bar end links finish the kit. Rancho engineers designed the system to maintain proper driveshaft angles and minimize vibrations.

Rancho engineers, known for keen attention to detail, have built the system using best-in-class materials for premium performance and durability plus providing a fast, precise fit and alignment to OE specifications. The system requires no drivetrain modifications. Stock wheels can be re-used. The system also includes rear spacer blocks.

Rancho includes springs in the Power Wagon system, and has available a wide assortment of springs for the 2500/3500 package to accommodate for different engine options. A brand-new, heavy-duty steering stabilizer will be available in January. See www.GoRancho.com for more details.

The new system from Rancho is fully compatible with Rancho RS9000XL™ adjustable shock absorbers (front RS999317; rear RS999056) that feature a larger diameter reserve tube to allow for cooler and more consistent performance under the most demanding conditions. The RS9000XL shocks also are constructed with a larger-than-normal 18-mm diameter chromed piston rod and are finished in Liquid Metallic Silver. The shocks can be controlled with the Rancho MyRIDE™ Wireless Controller, providing wireless, instant manipulation of the shock ride profile.

This Rancho system is offered with a limited lifetime warranty.
